Where do you process your packages from?

We process and prepare your packages from our warehouse located on  Boulevard Metropolitan West in Montreal.

Where your products are made?

Our products are entirely manufactured in our laboratory located in the province of Quebec. Our formulas are also designed in compliance with Canadian standards and our internal values.

What types of skin are they suitable for?

Our products are effective on all skin types. Our formulas are composed so as to regulate the intake of essential nutrients to bring a balance to all skin types according to their needs.

Do they contain chemicals?

No, it goes against our principles and our promise to stay natural. All the ingredients that make up our products are therefore of natural origin.

Are there any ingredients of animal origin?

Never. We love animals and find it cruel to use animals as an ingredient base or as laboratory test subjects. It is also one of our criteria for selecting partners and suppliers.

What should I do if I am not satisfied?

If our products are not suitable for you, all you have to do is send us a refund request by replying to the order confirmation email or by contacting us through the chat window on our website or facebook page. We will send you a label to return the products to us, then we will refund you upon receipt of the package. There are no hidden conditions.

Is there a risk to using your products?

No, we only use natural based ingredients that do not represent any risk to health, whether the risk is proven or there is only a doubt.

What if they cause irritation?

It simply won’t happen. Our products are designed to fight irritations and allergens, not to provoke them. You can use our products with peace of mind.

What are your anti-covid-19 measures?

We take the difficult situation we are going through very seriously. In order to avoid any risk of transmission, we have put in place a series of measures that we apply strictly. Among these: Access to our local warehouse is restricted and only 3 people can access it. Our worktops, door handles and other surfaces are cleaned several times a day. No more than 2 people could handle a package or be in the same room. Wearing a mask, visor and sterilized gloves are mandatory. The products handled are also cleaned with disinfectant before placing them in the box and sealing it for shipment.
